| Abstract(in English) | Recently, a word "Relief" as "Peace of Mind" is often used in the press; however, the meaning of this word has ambiguity. So, we propose a unique definition of "Relief" and framework to realize this mind situation from the systematic aspect. We also discuss relationship between the mind situation, "Relief' and the security we have defined. In addition, we insist on importance of the risk communication process to make up the mind situation. |
