Analysis of Motorcycle Rider's Color Wearing for developing an Active Safety Reflective Jacket for Accident Prevention

Abstract(in English) This study analyze the best color wearing combination of the motorcyclist in order to develop an Active Safety Reflective Jacket to prevent an accident by means of conspicuity, security and fashion. This research was divided in: 1^ Phase: 1030 riders in Japan answered a questionnaire about: Color Wearing, Safety Measurement Knowledge, Accidents Involvement, Human Factors, Motorcycle and Environment. 2^ Phase: A statistical analysis regression model with variables: Helmet, Upper Torso, Boots and Vest with 720 possible combinations were obtained. The best and worst color combination gave the result two be able to produce the Active Safety Reflective Jacket.
