Abstract(in English) The mosaic-R system is a web system that aimed at the web communications that use the photo mosaic art. By this research, users' communication is made smoother as development of a mosaic-R system, and since the function for positive community inducement was designed and built, it reports here. By the proposition of this function, offer of the smooth communication expedient which utilizes the quality of photo mosaic art became possible.
