Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The existence of remainder particles induces relay's reliability declining, which has become a severe problem in the development of aerospace relay. At present, the widely applied PIND equipment is Model 4511L-R, which has several drawbacks, such as false alarm rate and escape rate are high based on artificial discrimination; the detection accuracy is less than 50%. The feathers of PIND signal are analyzed and the corresponding detection algorithms are proposed in this paper. The validity of these algorithms is proved by experiments. A new remainder auto-detection system for aerospace relay is designed and implemented; the experiment results indicate that its detection accuracy is up to 90%. The detection method and device presented in this paper can be expanded to other remainder detection fields.
