Vibration Characteristics Analysis of Contact System of Hermetically Sealed Electromagnetic Relay Subjected to Random Vibration

Abstract(in English) The reliability of hermetically sealed electromagnetic relay subjected to random vibration is an important factor when considering the performance of environment resistance. For the purpose of improving the anti-vibration performance of hermetically sealed electromagnetic relay, random vibration analysis was applied to a three-degree-of-freedom mechanical model of the relay contact system. The dynamic characteristics of contact system model were obtained through solving the multidimensional Fokker-Planck equation by finite difference method and Monte Carlo simulation, as well as the effects of the size parameters of the contact system on the vibration characteristics and contact reliability were discussed. The results of this paper show great value of the anti-vibration performance design of the electromagnetic relay contact system.
