Abstract(in English) Reed-Solomon-Convolutional Concatenated Codes is used by the digital terrestrial broadcasting standard of Japan (ISDB-T). This paper present an iterative decodin g algorithm for concatenated codes consisting of a Reed-Solomon and a conventional code, focusing on the code of the ISDB-T standard. A new procedure is proposed to define the feedback signal from the output of the Reed-Solomon decoder to the input of the convolutional decoder that provides a significant improvement over existing solutions. Simulation show that proposed algorithm provides large reductions in the bit error rate compared with the classic decoder (e.g. about 0.5dB at BER=10^<-5> for the second iteration).
