| Abstract(in English) | It is the current situation that people's social security information is separately managed by each organization and the people cannot access freely to these their own information. On the other hand, e-P.O.Box, a new mechanism collecting individual information easily, is provided in "New IT Reform Strategy Policy Package". The service of the e-P.O.Box will begin in the social security field in around 2010. After that, utilization of the e-P.O.Box will be expanded in the other fields such as e-Government and private sector. However, functions of the e-P.O.Box and a specific implementation method are not clarified yet. In this paper, we deliberate functions necessary for the services with the e-P.O.box and discuss how to achieve it. |
