Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A Cartesian feedback power amplifier is one of the negative feedback amplifiers. The problem of a Cartesian feedback power amplifier is difficulty to achieve the large amount of distortion suppression and wide-band compensation at the same time. In this paper, we present a wide-band Cartesian feedback power amplifier using phase lead circuits to overcome this problem. The simulation results show possibility of 10dB reduction in the third-order intermodulation distortion (IMD3) with 20MHz wide-band systems.
