Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Microwave circuit/field simulators are now playing important roles for analysis and design of microwave circuit, and will become more important in future. Hence, the professional research committee of microwave simulator technology under IEICE of Japan proposed to construct common platform which accepts any solver and serves for software user. Based on this proposal we developed common platform and solver for 1-D transmission line circuit as a first step with success, whose detail have been already reported with practical application. Succeeding 1-D case, we have tried to construct common platform and solver for 2-D planar circuit as a second step, which is not yet complete but their outline will be reported in this paper with their successful application for typical 2-D extended stripline circuits.
