Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to realize a possible mitigation for the sharing between FSS (Fixed Satellite Services) systems and other radio communication services including future mobile service systems such as IMT-Advanced, the interference cancellation system by adaptive-array antenna technique has been developed. In this paper, the results of field trials to verify the performance of interference cancellation system are presented. In the trials, the effectiveness of interference cancellation technique has been demonstrated by using the prototype system fitted to actual earth station antennas that receive satellite down link signals in presence of interfering signals.
