Abstract(in English) | Computerized vehicle electronic equipments increasingly require high performance LSI. EMC performance of these electronics equipments is dependent on LSI characteristics. However, the power-supply voltage of LSI has decreased by fine processing technology, and LSI has become increasingly susceptible to electromagnetic interference. In addition, a high performance LSI tends to generate the serious noise for electronics equipments. Therefore, the dependable systems on EMC are needed to design taking into consideration the LSI characteristics. In this report, EMC problems of electronics equipments with LSI are discussed. The PCBs of electronics equipments are analyzed by using EMC analytical model of LSI, and the necessity of the cooperative design is shown. |
