Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, shared VoD services such as YouTube, which distribute videos posted by users, are getting popular. Increasing number of users and requests boosts the access to servers of these services. Thus, the analysis of the feature of request pattern is very important to construct the server system. In this paper, we analyze and evaluate the number of newly posted contents per unit time and changing popularity over time by using actual data of contents at some real VoD services. Moreover, we set the simple model for popularity dynamics.
