Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In Japan, in order to ease the problem of long time interception of railroad crossings, many overhead crossing projects and quick measures for example giving information of the crossing are done. We did three type of proof experiment in order to evaluate and improved these quick measures through user questionnaires. The three measures are interception probability timetable which is made from the diagram of trains, railroad crossing interception time display system with GPS, using the underground passageway in the ticket gate as a detour. Because of some problems, such as the safety of users these measures have not been put to practical use yet, but the answers of the questionnaires were affirmative.
