Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A high dc link voltage results in large switching loss, large ripple current, and a more effective snubber circuit is necessary to protect the switching devices. The dead time necessary in PWM inverters results in output deviations, and deteriorates the utilization of dc link voltage. In this paper, the dead time mechanism of inverters with LC filter is analyzed, and its mathematical model is presented, with this model, a new current control scheme with a PI controller and a sliding mode controller is presented for the improvement of output quality and the minimization of dc link voltage. An online parameter auto tuning method is proposed to realize the adaptive control for the variations in circuit parameters.
