Abstract(in English) | In finding periodic solutions, the methods of formulation are classified into two types whether the equation is obtained based on time-domain or frequency-domain. Shooting method is one of the methods based on time-domain and harmonic balance method is one of the methods based on frequency-domain. To find periodic solutions efficiently, it is proposed that the method using complex homotopy based on shooting method. However, the homotopy path is not always continuous because of moving branch point. This paper presents finding periodic solutions using complex homotopy based on harmonic balance method, and compares to that based on shooting method. |
