Abstract(in English) We developed an Up-converter MMIC in Plastic-Molded QFN Package for Ku-band VSAT transmitter, Using a general QFN Package, we achieved low assembly cost and improvement of mass production capability, and, this MMIC integrates mixer, Lo-Amp and Rf-Amp, contributes to compaction of the system. Conversion-gain of 8dB, local-leakage-power of -16dBm and image-rejection of 15dB were obtained, respectively, this MMIC realized good performance.
