Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In Russia EMF hygienic standardization is based on hygienic, clinical-physiological, epidemiological and experimental data in view of published scientific data. Hygienic norms are developed for discrete frequency ranges. In Russia there are hygienic norms of occupational exposure of hypo-geomagnetic conditions, static electric and magnetic fields, 50Hz electric and magnetic field and radiofrequency EMF (from 10kHz to 300GHz), General public hygienic standards are developed for static electric field, power frequency (50Hz) electric and magnetic fields and radiofrequency EMF (from 30kHz to 300GHz). The basic problem of harmonization is different principles of limit values definition.
