| Abstract(in English) | Companies need recruits who can be expected to be immediately useful workers. Of course, it is a great advantage to have the ability to create and give presentations. Therefore, students should study about presentations and train in giving presentations before they enter companies. Many colleges and universities have added subjects teaching the creation and giving of presentations in university education. In the education, we instruct students to review their own presentations and get objective evaluation from audiences and self-evaluation after presentation/rehearsal through the use of videos. We often tape student's presentation rehearsal, and the real presentation to compare and review. Of course those are very important and we had good results by using them, but we can't say that is enough to teach all of the presentation skills. We know it's difficult for the speakers to evaluate their own presentation and audiences can't give the speaker sufficient evaluation in real-time. But we should try to teach presentation skills in real-time. So, we have designed a presentation training system that shows the speaker the evaluation that audiences input while the speaker is rehearsing her presentation. |
