Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Field-induced electron spin resonance (ESR) methods are found to be useful in elucidating microscopic carrier dynamics in organic transistors. The results provide us a clear picture of trap-dominated transport along the semiconductor/insulator interface. Temperature dependence and gate-voltage dependence of the ESR spectra are discussed on the basis of motional narrowing effect.
