Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Lipid membrane was prepared as micro-patterned flat film with hybridized structure using self-assembly and vesicle fusion methods. The dielectric property of prepared films were examined using cyclic voltammometry and surface potential methods for characterizing permittivity and spontaneous polarization, respectively. Surface morphology change was analyzed with taking into account Maxwell-stress contribution. Subsequently, surface morphology change of lipid membrane was examined using STM.
