Abstract(in English) | Aiming to support developers who are affected by change of global name, this paper presents a method which statically analyzes two versions of source code of a software product and automatically detects changes of global names. The proposed method has been implemented a tool. As an empirical evaluation, the tool was applied to source code of Linux kernel and the output was compared to entries in the changelog of the source code. |
