Abstract(in English) | As is well known, the electrocardiogram (ECG) is widely used for diagnosis of heart. The objective of this research is to estimate the electric dipole dynamics by means of solving an inverse problem about the electric source of heart. The body surface potential generated from a supposed dipole was computed by Finite Element Method (FEM). The location of dipole was estimated by Genetic Algorithm (GA),which to minimize the mean square error of measured potential and computed potential. In this report, 3D mesh for the chest region was created to estimate the spatio-temporal patterns of dipole dynamics. First, we apply proposed method to sample data that computed by FEM with known dipole of surface potential and indicate the estimated dipole correspond with established dipole. Second, we apply proposed method to measured surface potential and discuss the result. |
