Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a method which combines some common subgraphs in data flow graphs for rate law functions appeared in biochemical models to generate a shared hardware module for an efficient FPGA based biochemical simulator. The evaluation results reveal that this combining algorithm reduces hardware amount by up to 88.13% at the cost of 23.43% throughput degradation. |
