| 抄録(和) | 2006年のOECDによるPISA(Programme for International Student Assessment)調査の結果から,日本の教育システムが読解力や記述式問題に弱いということがわかり,2008年3月告示の学習指導要領の改訂にも影響を及ぼした.本研究では,2008年1月17日「幼稚園,小学校,中学校,高等学校及び特別支援学校の学習指導要領等の改善について」(中央教育審議会答申),2008年3月「中学校学習指導要領」,2008年4月18日「教育振興基本計画について」(中央教育審議会答申)に関し,「言語活動」「活用」と「情報モラル」といった重要語句の出現頻度の調査を行い,新学習指導要領の特徴分析を試みた. |
| 抄録(英) | As a result of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) by OECD in 2006, it was shown that Japanese educational system was weak in the reading comprehension and the description type problem. This affected the revision of the national curriculum standards course notified in March, 2008. In this study, we investigated the frequencies of some important terms such as "language activity," "practical use" and "information ethics" in "on the national curriculum standards reform for kindergarten, elementary school, lower and upper secondary school and schools for special needs education" (Jan. 17, 2008), the "national curriculum standards for lower secondary schools" (Mar., 2008) and "on the fundamental law of education and basic promotional plan for education" (Apr. 18, 2008) to clarify the characteristics new national curriculum standards. |
