Abstract(in English) | Transmission characteristics of a set of Fabry-Perot etalons integrated in a planar lightwave circuit designed for an optical frequency division multiplexed system is indivisually controled. The transmission frequency difference between two Fabry-Perot etalons with an FSR of 17GHz embedded in a planar lightwave circuit was successfully changed up to 1.0GHz by using two thermoregulators, one for the whole etalons and the other for the specified parts of the etalons. |
