Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose a new method of shape matching. Our proposed method is using the centriod of an object. There are several methods based on the centroid of an object. However, these methods are not robust to a deformation of the shape such as noise. In our method, the idea of shape context is used to deal with such problem. In Bull's eye test using the database MPEG7_CE_Shape1, the recognition rate is 84.46% and our result is more robust to noise than previous result based on the centroid of an object. |
