Abstract(in English) | Physical activity provides various benefits. However half of sedentary people who start any form of physical activity leave the program in six months. Maintenance or adherence is a very important problem in sports medicine and science. Various exercises and sports exist which each matches a specific individual. Based on best of our knowledge, no recommender system for physical activity has been proposed. In this paper conceptual design of a recommender system based on several aspects will be presented. The designs take into consideration the individuality of each person as a base for recommending a sport or physical activity program. We hope by this system we increase maintenance and adherence. |
