Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Physical activity provides various benefits. However half of sedentary people who start any form of physical activity leave the program in six months. Maintenance or adherence is a very important problem in sports medicine and science. Various exercises and sports exist which each matches a specific individual. Based on best of our knowledge, no recommender system for physical activity has been proposed. In this paper conceptual design of a recommender system based on several aspects will be presented. The designs take into consideration the individuality of each person as a base for recommending a sport or physical activity program. We hope by this system we increase maintenance and adherence.
