| 抄録(和) | 非同時な視聴覚刺激間における捕獲現象がどのように生じるかについて,継続時間の知覚を実験的に測定し検討した.実験1では,オンセットとオフセットの両方のタイミングで視覚刺激が音刺激によって捕獲されていることを示す.実験2では,二段階のオンセットを含む視覚刺激を用いて実験を行い,音刺激のオフセットが視覚刺激の二段階目のオンセットと時間的に近接していても捕獲されないことを示す.実験3では,同様の刺激をオンセットから二段階目のオンセットまでの継続時間を評価させた結果から,音刺激のオフセットと視覚刺激の二段階目のオンセットの間で捕獲が生じることを示す.以上の結果は,音刺激による視覚刺激の捕獲は注意が向けられているオンセットかオフセットで生じることを示唆している. |
| 抄録(英) | The purpose of the present study is to determine how capture effect between nonsimultaneous auditory and visual stimuli occurs in human brain. We conducted three experiments to measure subjective duration of audio-visual stimulus. In the first experiment, it was shown that audio onset and offset capture visual onset and offset, respectively. In the second experiment, we applied to a novel visual stimulus with two onsets. As a result, audio offset cannot capture the second visual onset. In the third experiment, it was indicated that audio offset captures the second visual onset according to the results on subjective estimation of duration from the first onset to the second onset of visual stimulus. These results suggest that attention plays a critical role in the capture effect. |
