Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a UWB bandpass filter (BPF) which satisfies the frequncy mask provided by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC). The BPF is analyzed by an electromagnetic field analysis simulator: HFSS (Ansoft, ver. 11). The result shows that widebandpass characteristics fulfilled the provided condition. Moreover, the BPF fabricated from Low Temperature Co-dired Ceramics (LTCC) technique is measured. Then both the analyzed and the experimental results are compared and examined. As a result, a good passband characteristic was achieved by the above-mentioned examination.
