Abstract(in English) We have investigated the effect of synthesis parameters on the properties of the ZnAl_2O_4:Mn green phosphor prepared by the solid phase method. The properties of the sample strongly depended on the molar ratio Zn/Al in the source. The synthesis of the single phase ZnAl_2O_4:Mn powder was achieved for the stoichiometric source ratio Zn/Al of 1.0/2.0 while the highest intensity of cathodoluminescence (CL) was obtained for 0.9/2.0. On the other hand, the thermal treatment in the reducing atmosphere caused the degradation of crystal quality and the decrease of CL intensity under the conditions of this study.
