Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, optically reconfigurable gate arrays (ORGAs) with a holographic memory have been developed to realize large scale circuits as virtual circuits. Also, we have proposed dynamic optically reconfigurable gate arrays (DORGAs) with photodiode memory architecture to realize a high gate density VLSIs. This paper presents the experimental results of a four-context DORGA with a liquid crystal holographic memory.
