Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Application of autocloned photonic crystals to wavelength filters for visible to near/short-wave infrared spectroscopy is studied. We demonstrate several basic techniques required for designing and fabricating the filters such as numerical calculation of complex photonic band diagram, digital lattice modulation, and anti-reflection coatings. Results of design and fabrication of the multi-channel edge filters are also described.
