Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The control of the marine traffic is softer than the means of transportation in the sky and on the land. Also, many navigational instruments help navigators but there is no equipment to avoid the collision automatically. Therefore, the influence of the human factor about the marine traffic is very important. In this research, we focused on the experience of the navigator. Experiment showing navigation situation on the paper and questionnaires are carried out for students, sea training course students and sea experiencer. Difference of Ship's maneuvering in Collision Avoidance due to Experience was discussed based on the results of this study.
