| Abstract(in English) | Although application of field bus systems to safety-related parts of industrial machinery shows rapid progress, safety-related communication requires special considerations to ensure the desired safety integrity levels. In the use of conventional data transmission line for vital-data communication system, we should consider an alteration and an intentional obstruction. This paper surveys recent safety-related field bus trends from the perspective of associated international standards and safety technologies. |
