Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wireless multihop networks have been studied for the purpose of system capacity enhancement and solution of digital divide. On the other hand, network coding is a recent and highly regarded technology for throughput enhancement on wireless multihop networks. In this manuscript, we consider relay control schemes of relay node, for wireless relay network coding systems which adopt Slotted ALOHA as a media access control protocol. We propose a coding timeout control scheme, and compare it with a coding priority control scheme. As a result, we show that the proposed scheme can achieve higher throughput, lower delay, and lower variance of delay than the coding priority control sheme.
