Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an amplify and forward (AF) relaying scheme for high spectral efficiency in cellular environments. In the proposed scheme, terminals and relay stations transmit signals using different frequency bands with individual reuse factors in cellular systems. We study suitable location of a relay station and appropriate reuse factor of frequency band for relaying. The numerical results show that the proposed scheme achieves high spectral efficiency deploying a relay station close to the BS and setting reuse factor of the frequency band for relaying to 1. |
