Abstract(in English) We study on algebraic tori defined on extension field as cryptographic groups to construct public key encryption schemes with security and efficiency. In this paper, we propose parameter setting criteria for these tori. These criteria are given at view points of I security, II structure of extension field, III sonstruction of cryptosystem. And we also show some examples of parameters.
