Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the orthodox theory about electric wave propagation, a vector potential A is obtained from electric current density j, and then by using the Lorentz condition, a scalar potential Φ is deduced from the potential. On the contrary, in the the author's proposed new theory, the potential A and Φ are obtained from current density j and charge density ρ respectively. Moreover, the author reveals that there is an important point to be considered about this new theory that the Lorentz condition is a boundary one. Then, using a dipole antenna of half wave length, the new theory is verified via numerical simulation analysis.
