Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Improvement of photovoltaic properties of a photovoltaic cell with a hetero-junction of poly (3-hexylthiophene)/C_<60> has been investigated. In the organic thin-film solar cells with the interpenetrating interface of poly (3-hexylthiophene)/C_<60>, the insertion of a MoO_3 layer as a cathode buffer layer were significantly effective for the photovoltaic properties.
