Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wavelength Push-pull Reflectometry), in which a thin film band pass filter evaporated on an optical fiber end-face is used as a temperature sensor. In this paper, a novel interrogating system, named DT3R (Delayed Transmission/Reflection Ratiometric Reflectometry), is proposed in order to support a conventional FBG. The principle of DT3R is proposed and examined by simulation. Experiment of temperature sensing showed satisfactory results.
