| Abstract(in English) | Applications such as e-Science and high definition video transmission requires huge bandwidth. On the testbed including Internet2, GEANT and JGN2plus, not only these applications but also streaming videos also require guaranteed bandwidth. And more, for the large scale measurement like as e-VLBI and LHC, multi domain environment is needed to establish global experimental network and the end-end connection should be provided with guaranteed bandwidth. To solve these requirements, Internet2 is developing DCN (Dynamic Circuit Network) to provide connection type service via multi domain. DCN has Web UI for accepting user requests, schedule these requests and control network to provide VLAN. IDC (Inter Domain Controller) of DCN interacts with other domain's IDC for the end-end connection. On JGN2plus, for establishing interoperability with internet2 and the other testbeds, we are going to implement such kind of service as DCN in one of activities of SPARC (Service Platform Architecture Research Center). For first phase, DCS-Software Suites are used experimentally. And the next phase, GMPLS is planned to be used for controlling optical layer technology in DCN service for provisioning optical path. |
