Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) P2P file sharing applications have been used widely and file transfer traffic has been a great increase recently. Since the file searching traffic is large in unstructured P2P networks, the traffic becomes load of IP networks. In this paper, we propose a file sharing control method to reduce file sharing traffic by using high-degree control peers. In our method, control peers disturb the file search by discarding queries and keys (file meta data). We evaluated our method by computer simulations for Gnutella and Winny networks. As the results, we confirm decrease of the file search efficiency in the both networks. Especially, the effect on Winny networks is much larger than that of Gnutella network and a few control peers can offer enougth effect on the network.
