| Abstract(in English) | Recently, the image content such as movie, news, etc. is distributed to portable telecommunication devices. In this case, the relation between image quality and utility, and that between image quality and waiting time allowance will depend on the viewing purpose. In this paper, such relation is analyzed by using subjective evaluation and questionnaire survey. |
