Bifurcation Phenomena Observed in a Simple Switched Dynamical System with PWM-1

Abstract(in English) This paper studies the bifurcation structure of a simple PWM-1 voltage-mode-controlled circuit. This circuit exhibits various interesting bifurcation phenomena. First, we simply explain the behavior of a PWM-1 voltage-mode-controlled circuit from viewpoints of the switched dynamical system. In order to analyze the circuit dynamics, we drive a return map, exactly. The stability of the periodic orbit can be easily analyzed by the return map. Then we show some condition and the existence regions of the periodic orbit in the the bifurcation diagrams.
