Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The aerobics on the mini trampoline is called the trampobics. It substantially decreases the damage to the joint compared with the aerobics on the floor. The effects of the trampobics are the improvement of the feeling of balance, the activation of the internal organs, and the burning of the fat. Thus the trampobics promote a healthy posture. Today some people play the trampobics in the trampobics class. However it doesn't become popular. In this paper, we add visual effects to the trampobics, and we aspire to familiarizing the trampobics to the public.
