Abstract(in English) Photo mosaic art is one art technique where a larger image is created by arranging many smaller tile photos or other image media. In this research, we formed a photo mosaic of an image posted on an enlarged bulletin board on the Web in real time. With this generated photo mosaic we developed a system for web communication. We report on our studies of accelerated processing to make a mosaic for implementing the system on the Web, on the integration of comment functions and evaluation systems as communication tools and on application and evaluation of the system.
