Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is necessary to construct Digital Rights Management (DRM) systems to promote webcasting contents. There are problems of copyrights and privacy on promoting webcasting contents. Therefore, one must extract the Rights of DRM after analyzing the structure of contents, and examine the relations between moral rights and economic rights. This paper examines the relations between the Rights of DRM in consideration of the copyright systems of EU-U.S.A. and East Asia.
