Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes outline and function of assisting tool for time management of air traffic control. Time management of arrival air traffic improves operational efficiency for absorbing waiting adjustment time of aircraft to land congested airports in high altitude, instead of flight path extension in low altitude. The assisting tool calculates estimated time on managed fix such as final approach fix, and waiting adjustment time to keep minimum separation. It also makes aircraft trajectory to absorb waiting adjustment time of aircraft in high altitude. Simulation result shows that the predicted waiting adjustment time in cruising phase detests probability of flight path extension in low altitude.
