Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, the code shift keying/spread-spectrum (CSK/SS) communication with pseudoternary M-sequences is considered. The pseudoternary M-sequence is a synthetic spreading code that added a 1-chip-shifted version of M-sequence to the pure M-sequence. The delay lock loop is used for the spreading sequence synchronization. In this paper, the tracking error performance and bit error rate performance are analyzed. The tracking error of the CSK/SS with pseudoternary M-sequences becomes 4/9 times smaller than that of the conventional system. Moreover, the degradation from the ideal CSK/SS performance is less than 1.0[dB] when the bit error rate achieves 10^<-6>.
