Abstract(in English) Problem over influence on network by Peer-to-peer (P2P) applications temporarily became a decline. However, it keeps is still a problem with the expansion of contents size and spread of video streaming. The examination of the traffic control technology that uses network topology information advances. It is difficult to apply on access service providers using tunnel access in Japan, and a further examination is necessary. In this paper, we evaluate intra-access-network traffic engineering for Peer-to-Peer Applications.
